The Touch - "Le Night Dominator" The Touch is the next hot thing coming out of Sweden. We've seen them compared to the Knife in some places, and frankly that just confuses us. Aside from the male-female thing and their passports, we don't hear a similarity at all. They sound more like Junkie XL or any number of the new electro pop acts coming through these days. Not that we're complaining or anything. In fact, we feel like apologies are in order. This whole post has kinda gotten off on the wrong foot, and we'd like to make it up to Lina, the band's lead singer, by taking her out to dinner. Wherever she wants. And then afterwards, we could stroll along a moonlit beach together, talking about our feelings and secret desires. Please, Lina. It's the least we could do. |
