Mystery Jets - "Two Doors Down"

For all the inspiring claptrap about how anyone can make music on their own now, and how the record industry's going to collapse and everybody's going to be better off, let's remember for a moment that there's no price tag you can put on having an awesome producer. Erol Alkan, who produced Mystery Jets' 21, is likely the reason that this song morphs from the Smiths to the Pet Shop Boys and back again. Try doing that on Garageband in your bedroom.

As far as this video goes, though, we have to express some concern. Is the band in on the joke being played by the stylists and makeup artists? Are they aware of what's going on? Are they secure? Are they all dating people already? What are they thinking?
